Slow Cooker Round Steak With Gravy

  1. Cut the steak into serving-size portions. Place the sliced onion in a 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker. Top with the steak pieces.
  2. Combine the gravy, tomato paste, and seasonings; pour over the steak. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and continue cooking for 5 to 6 hours longer, or until the beef is tender.
