Burgers with Blue Cheese Sauce

These tasty juicy burgers are topped with a blue cheese sauce, along with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.

- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Broil or grill the burgers 4 inches from the heat source until browned and cooked as desired. An internal temperature of at least 160 F is recommended by the USDA.
- While burgers are cooking, combine the blue cheese and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Serve the burgers on the split toasted rolls with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and the blue cheese sauce.
