Apple Walnut Dessert Sauce

Use this great tasting sauce for pancakes, bread pudding, or ice cream.
- In a saucepan, combine the apple juice, brown sugar, and butter; stir to blend. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until reduced and golden brown. Remove from the heat.
- Add the walnuts and mix well. Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes before serving.
