Honey Chicken

print This baked chicken is made with a cut up chicken and honey and butter, along with a little lemon juice.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 35 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Place chicken in roasting pan.
  3. In saucepan, mix honey and butter; heat over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and salt.
  5. Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting about every 20 to 30 minutes with the honey and butter mixture.
