Roast Pork Loin With Mustard Glaze

This easy pork roast is a snap to prepare, and the glaze is made with ingredients you probably have in your pantry. Serve with your favorite potato side dish and vegetables for a great family meal.

Total Time: 1 hour 37 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Rub pork all over with garlic halves; discard garlic.
- Place the pork in a foil-lined roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast the pork loin to about 155 F on a meat thermometer or oven temperature probe, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and brush over the pork frequently the last 30 to 40 minutes of cooking.
