Roast Pork Loin With Mustard Glaze

Cook Time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours
Total Time: 1 hour 37 minutes



  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Rub pork all over with garlic halves; discard garlic.
  3. Place the pork in a foil-lined roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast the pork loin to about 155 F on a meat thermometer or oven temperature probe, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  5. Combine all remaining ingredients and brush over the pork frequently the last 30 to 40 minutes of cooking.
Serves 6.
