Dijon Honey Chops

  1. Sprinkle both sides of chops liberally with seasoned salt.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chops.
  4. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and tender.
