Sesame Pork Tenderloin

print This pork tenderloin recipe is marinated then coated with a sweet sesame seed mixture. Preparation is quick and easy, but allow 3 to 4 hours for marinating the pork.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes



  1. Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil; place in heavy food storage bag with pork. Turn bag to coat pork; refrigerate and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Combine honey and brown sugar. Rub all over the pork then roll pork in sesame seeds to coat well.
  3. Roast at 375 F 25 to 30, minutes or until done.
Serves 4.
