Skillet Beef and Red Beans

print This easy skillet meal is a nice combination of ground beef, tomatoes, red beans, and corn. A nice dish for a busy weekday meal.

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
  2. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  3. Serve with hot cooked rice.
