- Combine shrimp with celery, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates; top with thinly sliced tomatoes.
- Arrange shrimp over lettuce and tomatoes.
- If desired, garnish each with a little crumbled bacon.
