Scallops with Garlic

print These flavorful scallops are cooked with butter, garlic, and a little lemon.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes



  1. Wash scallops and pat dry. Put flour in a shallow bowl; roll scallops in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter over medium low heat; add scallops and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. After about 2 minutes of cooking, stir in the minced garlic. When done, stir in parsley and serve scallops with lemon wedges.
  4. Serve scallops with pasta or rice.
Serves 4.
