Salmon Loaf Recipe

print This old fashioned salmon loaf is made with canned salmon, a little onion, eggs, and bread crumbs.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 60 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mash salmon; combine with remaining ingredients and put in a buttered 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf panh.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until loaf is firm.
Serves 4.
