Tuna Noodle Casserole

This tuna noodle casserole is a classic combination of tuna, condensed soup, peas, and noodles. Add extra vegetables or cheese if you'd like. The casserole is topped with buttered breadcrumbs, but crumbled potato chops would be good as well. It's comfort food that will take you back to your childhood!

Quick Tuna Spaghetti Bake

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes plus time for cooking noodles
Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water following the package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, combine mushroom soup, milk, tuna, and peas in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Rinse noodles with warm water and drain well.
  5. Fold noodles into tuna mixture; pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.
  6. Combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and toss to blend.
  7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
