Pineapple and Macadamia Nut Bread

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in nuts.
  4. Stir half flour mixture into creamed mixture.
  5. Gently stir in pineapple and remaining flour mixture.
  6. Turn batter into greased 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven or until it tests done.
