Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and butter that has been melted and browned slightly.
  4. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in liquid ingredients, mixing quickly with a spoon.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes about 15 to 18
